1. General Policy

At Spade, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Accessories (Small Items)

All accessories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Sunglasses

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item has a defect at the time of delivery.
  • Any issue must be reported immediately upon receiving the order (while with the courier).
  • Once delivery is confirmed, sunglasses cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Watches

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed only in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Issues must be reported within 3–7 days after delivery.
  • Items must be returned with the valid warranty card within the specified period.

5. Bags & Slippers

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective.
  • Or if the wrong item was delivered.

6. General Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging must be included.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

7. Refund Process

Refunds are only applicable in approved return cases. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated according to the agreed method with the customer.

8. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products without defects or issues.
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Requests made after the allowed return period.
