1. General
By accessing and using the Spade website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Spade operates as an online-only store offering bags, accessories, slippers, sunglasses, and watches.
2. Products & Pricing
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, prices and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, a confirmation will be provided. Spade reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Payment
All orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
5. Returns & Refunds
Accessories (Small Items)
All accessories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Sunglasses
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item has a defect at the time of delivery.
- Any issue must be reported immediately upon receiving the order (while with the courier).
- Once delivery is confirmed, sunglasses cannot be returned or refunded.
Watches
- Returns or exchanges are allowed only in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Issues must be reported within 3–7 days after delivery.
- Items must be returned with the valid warranty card.
Bags & Slippers
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective.
- Or if the wrong item was delivered.
General Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging must be included.
